I lead the operation of the National Codes, coordinating and developing them to ensure their ongoing effectiveness

I have responsibility for the operation and governance of the two National Codes. I support and deputise for the Director of Standards and work closely with the National Codes Membership and Engagement Manager.

My main role is to deliver activity that strengthens the Codes' engagement with members, such as communications, training and visibility, as well as helping to ensure compliance with the Code from both new and existing members in administering and promoting the National Codes. This includes liaising with new members.

My main role is to lead on the development, implementation and improvement of verification standards and processes.

I help students who are experiencing problems with their tenancy. I can assist with the formal complaints procedure and organise inspections to make sure members comply fully with the terms of the Code. I can also provide advice to Code members on how to address and handle complaints.

I support the Code Complaints process to ensure that students and providers reach fair and reasonable resolutions.
