There are two Unipol National Codes for:

Accommodation owned or managed by Non-Educational Establishments

Accommodation owned or managed by Educational Establishments

There is a third Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing for accommodation owned or managed by educational establishments operated by Universities UK/Guild HE.
