A new guidance document for members of the National Code on the Renters Rights Act is now available. The note provides an explanation of the legislative framework for the ANUK/Unipol National Codes for Larger Student Developments, and explains how members of the Code for Non-Educational Providers Code can be exempted from aspects of the Renters’ Rights Act if they meet certain criteria, including providing detailed references to legislation.
