The new version of ANUK/Unipol National Code for Non-Educational Establishments has been approved by Government. The Statutory Instrument was laid in parliament on 20th March 2026, ahead of the launch of the new Code on 1st May 2026, in line with the commencement of the Renters Rights Act.
