Annual report

The National Code produces reports each year for the Government detailing ways in which the Codes meet their objectives as set out in the consultation document concerning Approved Codes of Practice. These were that:

  • the development of the Codes should be an on-going process
  • an annual review would take place based upon regular monitoring of compliance with the Codes' terms
  • the review and progress of the Codes will be guided by the Committee of Management
