Over the course of the year, Unipol runs a programme of free 1 hour events titled under the banner of the UK Student Accommodation Forum.

These events began during the first COVID lockdown in 2020, when restrictions heavily restricted colleagues across the sector connecting. Following the success throughout COVID, Unipol continue to run these on an ad-hoc basis on issues of the moment, regulatory or legislative matters and much more.
