All new applicants are required to provide details of ALL the relevant developments that they manage and control and which would fall within the definition of a development that could be accredited under the Code they are applying to join. 

The property schedule requires the address and postcode (where known) of each development, the number of bed spaces within the development and the number of storeys high it is.

Existing members are required to provide the National Codes Administrator with an annual up-date on the number of developments and bed spaces that they will be operating within each calendar year; they also are required to notify the NCA of any new developments that they have built or will be operating during that year (including any existing sites that they are taking on the management of) - as soon as possible.
