Tribunal Decisions and Audit Outcomes

Where it has not been possible to resolve complaints through the first two stages of the Codes' complaints procedures (initially by the provider taking direct action or following the intervention of the Codes Complaints Investigator), the matter is referred to an independent Tribunal and the Chair of that body will determine whether the complaint should be upheld or not. Where the complaints is upheld, the Chair will also decide on what sanctions (if any) should be imposed on that Code member as a result.

In addition, the Co-Chairs of the National Codes Audit Panel has powers to suspend individual buildings operated by Code members from membership, and this page also contains details of any such decisions taken.

Details of all upheld decisions taken by the Tribunal and buildings suspensions made by the Audit Panel Co-Chairs are posted onto this page and remain for a period of three years. A link to each decision made in the last three years is given below, along with the date it was made, and these are ordered alphebetically by the name of the Code member. Where the complaint related only to one site operated by that member, then that is also displayed
